Vinings

Welcome to Vinings

This desirable area features a small-town vibe and Southern charm.

Nestled in the suburbs just northwest of Downtown Atlanta, Vinings, one of Cobb County’s most desirable areas, is home to over 9,600 residents.

Charming and tight-knit, this Atlanta suburb is well-known for its family-friendly amenities and has been ranked among the “Best Suburbs for Young Professionals in America.”

The school system is great here, and the property taxes are lower than other neighboring counties. The only part of Cobb County located “inside the perimeter,” Vinings is just 10 miles from Downtown Atlanta and provides easy access to the I-75 and I-285 freeways.

Deeply rooted in local history, Vinings houses several historic buildings that are open for tours and events, including the Pace House, the Old Pavilion, and the Yarbrough House. Each year, the Vinings Historic Preservation Society hosts a Celebration of Preservation, which benefits historic preservation efforts.

In addition to its historic buildings, Vinings offers plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining at Jubilee, a quaint town center with several restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores.
Homes in Vinings range from condominiums and townhomes to multi-million-dollar estates.
