Welcome to Sandy Springs (Inside The Perimeter)
Featuring great schools and green space, this affluent community has been voted one of Georgia’s best places to live.
Located “inside the I-285 perimeter,” this portion of Sandy Springs offers a coveted commute— just a few minutes will quickly connect you to the I-75, I-85, or 400 interstates, Downtown Atlanta, and the world’s busiest airport—and many of this town’s beautiful residential roads offer a surprisingly rural feel. Serene estates are situated on as many as 25 acres here, and one- to three-acre properties are the community’s norm.
